Porducts once sold, money can not be returned. In some cases money is returned to the customer, incases where the product purchased by the customer has an issue and the client decides to have his money returned instead of a product replacement. We have a 2 months gurantee after the prouct has been purchased from us, should the product be found to have an issue, we are bound to fix it or replace it if necessary.
Our clients are required to return those products reported to be having issues for investigation. Should the fault be found to from our side, money is refunded back to our client through either cash at our shop or mobile money. Note: The product must have been already returned to the stores.
